Yard

Fenced yard is on the side  of the house (and under the deck) , accessed from the deck. It is not a big area but convenient if you have dogs.   Also, can be used to store bikes or sports gear.

Basement

Very spacious unfinished dry basement.  Treated by “Stay Dry” with lifetime warranty. Basement has small windows that bring light and  air (when open).  Washer and Dryer are in the basement.  House heater is in the basement.
