Large back deck with sliding doors from living room. Deck has steps going down to the back and the side of the house. Water detention pond with grasses and trees are viewable from the deck. Morning sun. shady in the afternoon. Grill friendly. Suitable for morning sun bathing, quiet enjoyment, good conversation with friends, outside dinners. If you have dogs, dogs will love it too, especially small fenced backyard on the back and side of the house.
